Our 16 year old furnace was not heating correctly. The the manufacturer gave me three options for factory recommended service. 9 out of 10 members of my church bible study highly recommended Bartholomew. I called on a Saturday to leave a message and was surprised to talk with one of their employees. I was able to explain what was going on and our concern with cold weather coming. They came out at 5pm on Monday, and within 1.5 weeks we had a whole house measurement and evaluation, quote with options, response to my additional requests, and a brand new furnace INSTALLED!! We cannot say enough good about their service and response!
